How do I register for a HarakaMeds account?
To register for a HarakaMeds account is fast and easy.
1. Click on Sign in | Sign up link located at the top right side corner of the page.

2. Click on “SIGN UP” link
3. Input your email & password and click “Register” button

How do I change the information in my account?
To change the information in your HarakaMeds account, you can log in to your account, or choose my account if you are already logged in, and edit anything you want (e.g. address, email, password, etc.)
– Click on Sign in | Sign up link located at the top right side corner of the page to log in.
– Press on compass icon located at the bottom left side corner and then Sign in | Sign up link to log in
– If you are logged in hover your cursor to user icon and click on my account to go to your account.
– If you are logged in press the compass icon and then my account to go to your account.

I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?
Can’t log in to your HarakaMeds account? You can reset your password by clicking Forgot password. We will send a link to your email address that will allow you to create your new password.
Then you can log in to your account with the new password!
1. Click on Forgot password link
2. Enter your email [Must be same email used to sign up] and click on “Reser password” button
3. Access you email account and follow the link received to set up an new passward.

How do I know if a product is available to purchase?
Choose the product you want and go to its product page.
You will see the stock information underneath the product short description, where it indicates stock information.

How do I know if my payment is successful?
There are 2 simple steps in checking the success in Order Creation.
1. If an account has been created you can go to the Order Tracking Page which can be found on the upper right hand corner of the website. The Order Tracking Page would show you orders made from the time the account was created to the most recent.
2. Check your email / phone. An email / SMS notification will be sent out once Order has been successfully made. [Primarily, check your email]

Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?
Yes, you can as long as you get the consent of the Credit Card holder; However, HarakaMeds will not be responsible for the illegal use of the credit card if used without the consent of Credit Card holder and refund shall not be approved if ever requested. To ensure the order is not cancelled, please tick on the “Bill to a different address” box in our check out page. You need to enter the Full name indicated in the Credit Card and the Billing address of the credit card. Please also provide the contact details of the Primary account holder and advise the Account holder to be available during validation [If needed].

Do I need to be in to take delivery of my medicines and what happens if I’m not in?
Our service is offered to an address of your choice in Kigali, but must be signed by yourself, or a nominated representative over 18 years old. If no one can sign for your delivery, Harakameds will leave you contact information so you can arrange redelivery.

How do I track my order status?

How long does the delivery take?
For other products the shortest delivery period is 5 hour while the longest is 24 hours before you receive your ordered product(s).

Can HarakaMeds deliver my order to my office?
Yes, HarakaMeds will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

How will I know that my order is received?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my delivery?
The time varies from place to place where our clients stay and where the Pharmacy is located. As soon as you place an order you will get an Estimated Time of delivery

Is ordering medicine online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
